✅ Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or significantly different from the description.

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • You provide photo or video evidence showing the issue.

⚠️ Please note: Not all items are eligible for return. Return eligibility varies based on product category and supplier terms.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page

  • Clearance, final sale, or customized products

  • Personal wear products such as jewelry, undergarments, or accessories

  • Any item returned without prior approval

📦 Shipping, Refunds & Fees

  • Free shipping is offered on all orders.

  • Return shipping (if approved) is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns if the product does not meet our conditions.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a brief explanation.

  3. Our support team will assess the request and respond within 2 business days.

  4. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions or a return label where applicable.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong sizing, or change of mind.

  • Always review product details and size charts before placing your order.

  • Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed due to our rapid processing.
